Member Services Supervisor Shares Hospitality Through CFE Coaching, Cooking

Angela Archie, CFE, came to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners to help develop a member services team. Thirteen years later, ACFE’s member services supervisor and CFE exam coach has not only succeeded in supplying the association’s 50,000-plus members with quality service, but she’s expanded the scope of the services and has helped many achieve their professional goal of certification.

 

  

“When I came aboard, I learned the vision that the company had for developing the member services team,” she said. “It was a challenge, and I love a challenge.” 

Angela spent her first few days of work sketching out the workflow and learning the duties of each ACFE employee.    

“I asked them, ‘Why are you here? What do you do for the company?’ Then I asked them what kind of questions they got from members. Based on that, I developed a Q&A for each department,” she said. She sponged up all the information they could share and then set out to implement the ACFE’s vision.
