U.S. Department of Interior Endorses CFE Credential

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), through the ACFE Law Enforcement Partnership Program, has recognized the Certified Fraud Examiner designation. "We enthusiastically endorse the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and will recognize it for hiring and promotional purposes when appropriate," said Stephen A. Hardgrove, assistant inspector general for investigations at the U.S. Department of the Interior.
